Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication, Rachelle. by PrincessDellaGrazie » Sat Sep 07, 2019 10:25 pm, Post
Working with rachelle was such a blessing! After 16 competing offers, for a single family detached home backing a ravine, we didn't expect to get what we expected. The prohibited uses expressly include ‘scraping’ (including ‘screen scraping’ and ‘database scraping’), ‘data mining’ or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data. I joke with them about buying another house ...and...oh yeah.. they helped us purchase our house too! Rachelle and Justin: Instagram house money pit and the top bun that just won’t quit.
Rachelle and Ed are super awesome! We believe it’s what sets them apart from other realtors. What really mattered was that they really care about what we wanted, and always went above and beyond for us. We had a bidding war & they continued to get us the right price right to the very end!
And boy, did they meet and exceed their commitment!!
They really worked their magic for us. We may ask you for information about your interests so that both you and we can take advantage of the interactivity of the online medium, but you may always choose to respond or not, or opt out of future mailings.
They can’t match the cabinets since they are old. I am really glad that we met Rachelle and Ed right at the beginning of our house hunt which made the entire process really exciting and fun!
She always made sure to show us the listings at a time that suited us and never even once did she or Ed put us under any kind of pressure to decide on a property in haste which I think is extremely important and really made us feel that they were always looking for our best interests rather than just getting the deal closed.
Was there house newly listed when it went pending? Our home sold in 5 days and way over asking! They also helped us find our first tenant, and got us above market value for our rental property! It's very unfortunate and relationships are hard.
We'd recommend them to anyone whether buying or selling. You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this VOW. She helped me get a beautiful condo in the very popular West Queen West area and I couldn't have asked for a better place. To the ultimate degree.
I don't know, hopefully. Rachel & Ed and Team are very professional and personable and they work with you to be in the best position possible!
Rachelle continued to provide us really good support with everything from providing contacts for painting, electrical work, plumbing, etc to always reaching out to us to check if we needed any help from her. Otherwise contact us and find out why we are the solution to your real estate needs! Lastly, for making this experience such a smooth (and quick!) Selling Sunset/i> seasons one and two are on Netflix now.
their knowledge in all aspects of buying and selling, strategic techniques, negotiating skills, professional work ethics, guidance, transparency and prompt responsiveness made our whole experience more seamless.

Just want to send out the biggest thanks to our realtors, Rachelle Ann Zamora and Ed Gvez.
These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We sold over asking, with multiple offers during a time when the market "slowed down" and when all the haters said it couldn't be done!
We were very impress with Rachelle's persistence in finding the perfect place. by NowAndThen87 » Sun Sep 08, 2019 12:35 am, Post Why never put her in shoes (when my little 1 started walking, at 10 months, and no, I didn't instantly start claiming she was a freakin miracle, I got her soft first walker shoes), why let her suck on baby wipes, why do I still watch them!!?
